ENROLLMENT
To enroll in the CSULB MESA College Prep Program (MCP) for the 2024-2025 academic year, students MUST currently attend one of our partner middle schools or high schools and complete ALL of the following by the deadlines stated below:
Student Enrollment Deadline:
Monday, February 17, 2025 by 11:59 p.m. (midnight)
Step 1: MESA Registration Form
Complete and submit a MCP Registration Form (Google Form).
Note: Students will need to know their CA SSID and their Parent/Guardian's email, phone, occupation, and education.
Please note that this data will be transferred to the MESA Student Database. Make sure that all information entered is accurate. Students may use the Registration Form hard copy as a reference.
Step 2: MESA Parent Authorization Form
Upload and submit a signed MESA Parent Authorization Form.

Option 1: Digital copy - Signed digital forms can be uploaded and submitted through our google form below.

Option 2: Hard copy - Printed and signed hard copies can be submitted to your MESA teacher/advisor to scan and email to us.
Note: We DO NOT accept blank or altered/incomplete forms, blurry/pixelated images, or forms with illegible or cut off text. If any of these are submitted, you will be required to resubmit a new PAF.
